HOW WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

  • We ship all products with love and care through USPS Priority. This will include insurance on the package and a tracking number that will be provided to you once your order is shipped.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

  • All available products will be packed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for any custom order. To request a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

  • Yes. We ship with care through USPS Priority International!  However, because of higher shipping costs, International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT IN NASHVILLE?

  • We welcome visitors to our studio, but please allow us some time to clean up first! Contact us here and schedule an appointment to have coffee. We are located about 30 minutes West of Nashville. You can also visit any of our amazing stockists!

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?

  • Absolutely, we love our wholesale clients! Fill out our contact form here and we will get you all started. 

 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

  • Yes, we would love to hear from you. While we cannot guarantee that we can meet all custom order requests, we certainly will do our best to bring your vision to life.  Please submit your request here and we will get back to you! Keep in mind that custom orders will have a longer turn around time and can take up to 4-6 weeks.

DO YOU WORK WITH RESTAURANTS?

  • Of course!  We love working with restaurants and chefs on custom dinnerware. Contact us here for more information.

CAN I PUT MY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER? 

  • Yes, please do!! All RVPottery products are created with the intent of daily use.  You will love how much they sparkle and shine after a good bath. 

CAN I MIX AND MATCH MY TEXTURES AND COLORS?

  • Our stock glaze colors and clays have been thoughtfully curated for their aesthetic and durability.  For this reason, we typically only use these for our pieces. Of course, feel free to combine them in any way you desire.

ARE product measurements exact?

  • All RVPottery pieces are made to our measurements to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across our entire collection.  However, as a result of the handmade process and kiln firings, pieces may vary in size from their specified measurement by <0.5."

 

WILL THEY LOOK HANDMADE?

  • Yes. All pieces are hand thrown, trimmed, glazed, and fired here at RVPottery, and the added charm will show it. While we take pride in our consistency and cohesiveness, no two pieces will ever look exactly alike.

DO YOU USE SAFE, NON-TOXIC GLAZE?

  • Every glaze we use at RVPottery has been inspected and carefully made. Our clay bodies and glazes are 100% food safe. 

HOW DO I REMOVE A STAIN FROM UNGLAZED CLAY?

  • We use a mixture of equal parts vinegar, water, and baking soda and any stains should come straight off. 

CAN I REGISTER FOR DINNERWARE FOR MY WEDDING?

  • We would be honored!!! Contact us here about your special day using this form. 

 

My order arrived an something is broken...what should I do?

  • We do our very best to package all orders to withstand anything during transit; however, occasionally a piece will break.  If this happens, please contact us and provide photos of the damaged piece(s).  We will happily replace any damaged product at no charge.

 

CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

  • We hate for any of our customers to be unhappy!  Given the nature of handmade products, exchanges and returns can be tricky, but we strive to make any situation right.  If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us here and we will do our best to resolve it!
